Don’t obsess over having a network
Host meetups, parties, events, etc
Put your unique ideas and lifestyle out into the world
Give, give, give, and when you can’t give anymore, keep giving

Now get out there.

Don’t forget to forward this to a friend, partner, colleague, or your mama.

Projects

Novel Ice Cream - 3rd location is underway and the lease is being drafted in a week or so.

I’m not sure that I mentioned our 3rd location will be a cool trailer setup (pics coming soon).

Also, persistence pays off.

After a few months, we’re in talks on a lease for our 4th location.

New Concept - Turbochef made it in without a scratch (why is kitchen equipment so heavy).

We’re reviewing electrical needs and starting to outfit the space this week.

We should have it wrapped up in 2 ish weeks.

2nd Acquisition - No forward progress this week.

Just reviewing CIMs as normal.

Food Hall - No forward progress this week.

I’m excited about this project.

It will take a while to get buildout plans together but stay tuned.

My first marathon is 2 weeks out in Austin.

I’ve slacked on training in the past 2 weeks.

I felt it on my last run trying to keep up with the crew.

I’m not happy about it.

As you know, I’m either all in or out.

I need to get obsessed again.

I met a good group of guys at a run club 2 weeks ago.

They mentioned they were doing the LA Marathon…

So I signed up.

It’s about a month out.

Q1 is just starting, I can’t wait.
