You set revenue goals for your business and schedule vacations way in advance with your family but do you think ahead when it comes to your personal health and wellbeing? If not, it’s about time to get clear on how you’re going to either get in shape or take your routine to the next level this week. There’s nothing worse than feeling stuck in a routine you can’t seem to break.
You have less than 8 weeks to close out the year on a positive note and the “I don’t have time” thing isn’t going to work this time.
So get outside and move, lift some weights, and eat something that doesn’t come from the middle aisles of a grocery store for a while.
I’m doing a 10k next weekend without any prep and have another event scheduled out for June/July of 2024.
How about looking and scheduling a date you want something accomplished by early next year? For example - walking 10k steps a day for 90 days straight. That doesn’t sound too bad right?
Great. Start small and start today.
