Where did time go?

It’s already April…

I’m sure you’ve given up on your New Year’s resolution by now but I’d like to remind you that there’s still plenty of time left to get it together.

I also read something I’d like you to digest…

It’s true.

It’s written to happen.

And deeply believing that is the only way to get through today.

I think this contrast is more common than not- especially in the early years of someone on their path.

Those who make it to the top are those who persist, despite this.”

Projects

NOVEL ICE CREAM

Novel #3 is still under construction. I expect another 2 months before we’re operational.
Mobile truck buildout is funded so we can get started on design.

Here’s what I’m working on:

Interviews for Novel #3
Scout for location Novel #4
Doing some van research (we’ve outgrown our delivery van)
Ideating a new order system and monthly exclusives
Content strategy and design for our main platform - Instagram (follow us @novelicecream)
Rebuild of our website (I’ve been sitting on this for a while) I built the original version but it’s a basic Squarespace site.

REMIX COFFEE

My guy Sam came in and made sure our machines were operational and is planning on setting up the water line once our espresso machine comes in.

Lance and I ordered a new espresso machine yesterday since the original one isn’t ready for at least another month.

That should arrive within the next 10 days.

Finally.

The inventory list is almost put together then it’s just a matter of getting it all into the shop.

Needs for Remix this week:

Touch up building exterior
Clean up inside and get equipment hooked up
Finalize menu design (I’ll send mockup when complete)
Finalize opening day merch drop design (I’ll send mockup when complete)

ACQUISITION #2

I submitted an IOI on a commercial property in Downtown Phoenix.

The deal is simple:

Purchase price - $850k

It’s a mixed-use property with 6 retail units.

I lease 2 of them.

I’m looking to raise some capital in a few different ways…

VEER CONCEPTS

This is my hospitality company that will oversee all of the concepts I work on moving forward.

I’m looking to get the logo and website built ASAP.

COMMUNITY

There’s a ton happening in PHX and I’m pumped to be a part of its growth.

If you’re in Arizona, you’re gonna wanna pay attention over the next 12 months.
