We’re opening the shop!
The goal is to serve 150 customers… so come hang with us at 8295 W Jefferson St in Peoria.
We have an amazing smashburger food truck joining us.
If you don’t mind leaving the shop a review, It’d help out our first few weeks in business.

Novel #4 (Truck) - Wrrap is going on this week while they put the final touches inside.

I’m pumped about the spot I toured last week.
It’s on a pretty historic street in Avondale, AZ that needs activation and it’s an honor to be one of the first involved.
Here’s the dirt I’m talking about:
The concrete pad will get resurfaced and we’ll throw up a nice awning with some good-looking furniture.
It needs some work but give it time.
I’ll keep you in the loop as I move through the permit process with the city and property owner.

Finalize order sheet before trailer arrives
Draft location schedule
We may do different locations around the valley depending on regulations

Promote (preference) or hire new manager for this location
Draft pre and post event checklist and pre-event email to customers

Manual customer orders are in effect
No more scan only when ordering at the window
Pre-orders and pickup are still available using the online menu
The QR code menu is still up until new menu is printed
Printing new A-frame and feather flag to better promote what we do (coffee and bagels)
Adding more photos to our online menu
Selling our original espresso machine for $7,500 if you know anyone looking

I’m itching to get deep into this Hyrox prep but for now, I’m testing my body and learning how to move a completely different way.
I’ve been doing traditional weightlifting for the past 3 years so faster pace / functional fitness training is gonna take some getting used to.
Not a valid excuse but I was up in Milwaukee this past weekend for a friend’s wedding so I didn’t train the past 3 days.
Good rooftop view and the first time I’d worn a suit all year.
