I’m starting to put together our mobile truck team… one truck manager and 2-4 team members to start.
I like running the events for now but as I focus my attention to in shop operations and branding/marketing, I will need support.
Some updates from the last post:
2024 Bookkeeping: +-/ a few days from completion
Once they’re done I can send them in for SBA refi underwriting
Content creation: getting better with one post per week and daily stories

Our team retreat was great!
We got our fulfillment process locked in, and now we’re testing some sales / bizdev initiatives.
We’re working with some serious companies these days, and it’s cool to see the real impact we’re making.
Honestly, it blows my mind how much our small crew can get done.
Everyday is a test on how much more effective I can be with simple calendar/time management.
Lesson - There’s always more time than you think… if you’re smart about it!
