Core values, rituals, and new team member playbook: Almost ready to go
Core values signage is up at all of our shops
Team playbook finalized – Now live (view here) and being distributed to all current and new team members.
Added 4 new hires – Two for the shop, two for the mobile truck. Once trained, the mobile team will lead all event operations.
Training complete – New team members will begin running events independently starting in May.
Supplier renegotiations underway – This will now be a recurring monthly responsibility as part of my operator role.
Board of Advisors update – Finalizing agreement draft to send out to my top 3 advisor candidates.
