For 2025, I made hosting events a priority alongside Novel Ice Cream.
Bringing great people into the same room, paired with good food, consistently led to the kinds of conversations that don’t happen online. Real talk. New perspectives. Relationships that actually carried forward.
Across hundreds of participants, thousands of connections were made. Not the superficial kind, but the kind that turn into follow ups, collaborations, and long term relationships.
Seeing that up close made one thing clear: in person still matters. Maybe more than ever.
So going into 2026, I want to double down. Fewer things, done with more intention. Smaller rooms. Better conversations. Experiences designed for people who are actually building and operating.
One of the ways that’s taking shape is OpX. Over the next few weeks we’ll be sharing more details as it comes together. I hope to see you there.
