Some interesting news from our Peoria spot, due to a 4–6 month construction project, we might need to move.
We're talking with the GC to see if we can just shift the trailer a few feet down the lot and stay open, but nothing's locked in yet.
If we do have to relocate, we may hit pause on that shop until the new food hall opens across the street next summer (where we already have a space reserved).
Phoenix, Mesa, and our Truck have been hitting record months since February.
I couldn’t be prouder of my team behind it all.
General Updates:
Our 2 shop managers are doing a great job right now. Shop morale is high, organization keeps improving, and the flow is the best it’s ever been. There’s always room to improve, but each month we’re inching closer to perfection.
Bryan (@bschuez) just joined the team to help me dial in our Instagram. The goal: 50k followers by year’s end. We're keeping it focused - 1 platform (maybe 2) all in, no distractions. Our most recent post crushed on IG & Tiktok:

I have high hopes we can restructure our debts by EOY. It would free up a ton of cash flow to improve/scale operations and continue to invest in our team.
